Dementia Risk Dial is provided by Leyton Works (leytonworks.com.au). This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: the app is designed so that your information stays on your device.
Your data stays on your device
The answers you enter into the questionnaire are used only on your device, to calculate and display your risk dials and to generate your report. We do not collect this information, transmit it to us or any third party, store it on our servers, or use it for any other purpose.
No account is required
You do not need to create an account or provide your name, email address, or any contact details to use the app.
Reports you choose to share
If you use the share or email feature to send your report, the report is handed to the app or contact you select (for example Apple Mail or Messages, or another app you choose). What happens to it after that is governed by that app or service and the people you send it to, not by us.
Purchases and donations
Payment for the shareable PDF report, and any donations, are processed by Apple through the App Store. We may receive summary sales information from Apple (for example, how many purchases were made), but we do not receive your payment card details.
Analytics and tracking
The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies, and does not use advertising identifiers.
Children
The app provides general adult health information and is not directed at children.
Not medical advice
Dementia Risk Dial provides general educational information about factors associated with dementia risk in research studies. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose any condition. Always consult a qualified health professional about your health.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
